Happy 8th Birthday Emma!

My little girl turned 8 on November 6th!  Its hard to believe how quickly she is growing up.
This year Emma asked for a chocolate cake with white icing (first time she has asked for a cake on her birthday).   Well the chocolate cake wasn't "chocolatey" enough for her, oh well!
Emma is playing for Ohio Premier this year and her birthday weekend was full of sporting events - 4 soccer games and 1 basketball game.  Fortunately, we celebrated with our family on Friday night with the Weatherwax's and Sunday with the Zinsers/Nichols.
Instead of a large party, Emma asked for her best friends Reagan and Ella to come over to spend the night (it might have been suggested by me, #NoEnergyForPinterestParty.  We headed to the OSU women's soccer game for starters and they were very excited to see Cardale Jones
Instead of a large party, Emma asked for her best friends Reagan and Ella to come over to spend the night.  The girls "toasted" their friendship with some sparkling apple cider!

Happy Halloween!

The kiddos were superheroes for Halloween 2015!
In Dublin, our Trick-or-Treat is always the Thursday before Halloween.  So we decided to travel to my sister's house on Saturday so the kiddos could be together for Loveland's Trick-or-Treat.
Emma, Kate and Sage had parades around their schools and they enjoyed their "Harvest" parties.
Aren't the kids "Booo-tiful?"

Sushi Bomb!

Whenever Kate and I play kitchen/restaurant - I always ask for sushi and she does the same.  So after Kate's harvest party I told her we could go out to lunch and she said "how about sushi?"  She enjoyed the edamame.  She wasn't crazy about fish so I ordered her an asparagus and cucumber roll.

Happy 4th Birthday Sage!

 Sage and his birthday balloons!
Sage's school gave him a crown to wear and a Pete the Cat book.
We "Arrrrggghhhh" ready to party!  Sage loves Peter Pan, Jake and the Never Land Pirates and Captain Hook.  The night before his birthday we went to the movies as a family to see the movie "Pan,"
Sage's two favorite mates!
Sage is 42 pounds (80th percentile) and 40 inches (50th percentile).
He is able to ride in a booster seat now - Yeah!
It is hard to believe that our "little" boy is already four years old.  He is full of life (and energy!).  He is all boy and loves everything to do with sports - especially baseball and football.  His favorite foods are chip dip, salad and macaroni and cheese.  His favorite team is the Buckeyes.  He loves his taggy blanket.

Indian Princess Fall Camp out

John and the girls traveled to Camp Wilson in Bellefontaine, Ohio for the fall camp out.  The girls enjoyed the jumbo swing, carving pumpkins, s'mores by the campfire and staying in a cabin with all of their best friends.  This has been a great organization to be a part of for both John and the girls.

Sage's First Buckeye Game

On October 10th, we headed to the OSU/Maryland game for Sage's first Buckeye Game.
Sage enjoyed a pretzel, a sprite and a sno-cone during the game.
 Go Bucks!
It was a perfect day with my little boy.
Within 5 minutes of being in the car, he fell asleep.  I had to wake him up 3 hours later! He was a tired boy after being in the sun, cheering on the buckeyes and enduring lots of walking.
