Our annual family pool picture!
We obviously love taking pictures and snapping family pictures on vacation. As you can imagine, getting everyone on the same page to smile at the same time can be difficult and the wind always makes matters worse. This picture is a riot and captures it all.
Sage enjoyed swimming, snacking, pushing his lawnmower around and napping outside on the deck.
The kids had fun taking turns riding in Papa's Mustang and learning the words to James Taylor's "Carolina in My Mind" as Papa strummed his guitar.
As we drove away all of the cousins were crying because they were so sad the week was over. Thank you Mom and Dad for continuing this wonderful tradition. We look forward to this week each year. Back to reality...
