Happy Halloween!

Elsa, Olaf and Anna at Dublin's Spooktacular 2014!
They were excited to meet Elsa.
We had a great night for trick-or-treating on Thursday night!  The kids were spoiled by our neighbors and they have full buckets of candy.  This was the first year that we didn't have to use a stroller or carry a child at one point...ah, the little things in life!

Pumpkin Patches 2014

Blooms and Berries with the Zinser Family at the end of September

Jacquemin Farm with Grandma and Grandpa W
Cool 1st Graders and soccer pals - Reagan, Ella, Emma and Alexis at Deer Run Elementary's PTO event at Leeds Farm.
The stair-step kiddos at the farm.
 Sage loved the corn pit!
It's funny to think that we likely be attending this school event for the next 8 years until Sage graduates from elementary school! WOW!

Happy 3rd Birthday Sage!!

It's hard to believe that our little guy is already 3 years old!  It seems that only yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital and I had 3 children ages 3 and under (whew, which is a total blur in my memory).  Sage is a sweet little boy with a darling personality.  He has great hair and he treasures the "taggie" on his blankie.  He still takes a good 2 hour nap and he loves to get salads with ranch when we go out to eat.  He is starting to test the waters with some potty-language and he knows how to ruffle his sister's feathers at times...oh boy!
Sage with his birthday balloons.
Sage is slightly obsessed with John Deere.  He loves looking at tractors and construction vehicles, so it was pretty easy to pick a theme for his birthday party! It is always fun to be with family and friends when celebrating life's exciting milestones.
Kudos to Dominique who decorated our chalkboard for the party.
Amazon.com makes everything easy - I am not sure how Mom's ever survived without it.  John joked that we had 10+ Amazon deliveries for the party...including John Deere t-shirts for the whole family!
Hopefully we will start potty training very soon!  And now that Sage has John Deere undies from Aunt Rebecca - he may be motivated!
 Our Family!
Birthday Cake Time!  Sage just smiled when everyone sang to him.  He really enjoyed the moment!
Grandma and Grandpa W got Sage his very own John Deere tractor for his birthday!  He loves riding around the yard and hauling any and everything in his trailer!

Sage weighed in at 37.5 pounds (90th percentile) and he is 37.5 inches tall (60th percentile) at his 3 year old office visit.

Remembering Aunt Julie

We gained an angel as my sweet Aunt Julie passed away unexpectedly on October 4th.  She was a funny, confident and hard working woman.  She is greatly missed by so many and  her legacy lives on through my cousins Amy, Sarah, and Gina - and we are anxiously awaiting Gina's baby girl who will arrive in December. The picture above of Aunt Julie and Uncle Steve was taken at my Mom's 60th birthday party.

Our Little Soccer Stud!

Sage started at Locker Soccer.  He loves it!
He takes Emma's water bottle to each practice.
He is scouting out the competition.
Sage in action - he loves to shout "goal baby" when he scores.
